Bluetooth. How to download contacts from a blackberry handheld.

With reference to numerous requests I have received on how to down load contacts from a hand held to the car, I would like to start this blog with the blackberry which seems to be commanding a higher number of enquiries.
  1. Push the Tel button on your user interface (instrument cluster on the dash)
  2. Using the command unit (wheel), click on "Telephone" on the bottom left hand corner.
  3. Scroll down and click on 'transfer contacts from phone" Once you do that the car will start to download contacts.
  4. If your phone does not have this facility then go back to (2.) and scroll down to"Receive Business Cards"
  5. Go to your hand held and from options click on "Bluetooth". Click again on "Bluetooth" and a menu window will appear.
  6. From the menu select and click on "transfer contacts or phone book"
  7. Then the process of downloading will start.

What a Journey!!! Me & My Car.

Cars are such a part and parcel of our lives today such that for the majority of people, life's daily activities are organised around our cars.

It therefore becomes imperative that the car has to offer high comfort levels, well appointed interior ergonomics, good entertainment, exciting performance, excellent safety features and above all the car has to be reliable.

Mercedes-Benz is geared to meet all these and even go beyond this and yet customers have continued to meet with various experiences. Some very exciting and others not so exciting.

What has your journey been like so far??
