Lease end, nostalgic!!?

Either way you look at it, when a lease is coming to an end a lot of leasees are engulfed by nostalgic memories. Sweet or bitter, does not matter as a lot of people feel a great sense of loss of a car that had become part and parcel of their lives for so many years.

Lease termination challenges could be many and sometimes turning into real nightmares as leasees opting to try other brands are vindictively penalised for every scratch, scuff, stone chip, dent, etc, etc. This can easily result in huge financial losses. Customers are left bewildered and emotionally drained. Looks like haggling never stops in the car industry. Haggle for better price when negotiating the lease and haggle to reduce costs at lease termination.

--And then the prospect of being plunged into the dreaded murky waters of shopping for a new vehicle. The truth of it is that it does not have to be like this. Among companies that are choosing to be different, Mercedes-Benz are trying to look after their customers well.
  1. 1. Lease pull ahead- usually leasees are invited to return their cars 3 months in advance with no penalty. This results in good financial savings on excess mileage, worn out tires, increased ware and tare etc, etc. There is good planning as the replacement vehicle is ordered in advance with customers getting the exact features and colors they like.
  2. Park your payment (payment waivers)-when customers take their brand new cars they have the luxury of enjoying and watching Mercedes-Benz Canada, Mercedes-Benz Finance and the dealer make the first three payments.
  3. % points reduction (loyalty)- Customers that take lease pull ahead, will also enjoy .75% as a loyalty bonus on the interest rate. Returning customers without lease pull ahead will enjoy .50% loyalty bonus.
  4. First Class Lease Protection (FCLP)-Absolute peace of mind as small dents, scuffs, stone chips, broken lights etc, etc are all covered.
  5. No haggling when returning customers are offered the Mercedes-Benz buying experience.

This is the way it should be.
